Dragalia Lost – $50 Million revenue since launch

Nintendo’s Dragalia Lost launched in September and data firm Sensor Tower is reporting that the original Nintendo mobile IP has crossed the 50 million mark in revenue on both iOS and Android.

Details to the numbers

Player spending in Dragalia Lost in its top two countries of Japan and the U.S. is close to $35 million less than the $75.8 million grossed by Nintendo’s most successful mobile title, Fire Emblem Heroes, in those countries during the same number of days following its launch on February 2, 2017.

That said, Dragalia Lost has earned significantly more revenue per download so far at an average of approximately $22 on its 1.9 million combined Japan and U.S. installs. Fire Emblem Heroes averaged about $9 per install in the same amount of time post-launch across these two countries.

Japan, which accounts for about 66 percent of Dragalia Lost revenue so far, has spent the most per download at approximately $35 on average. Players in the U.S. represent about 18 percent of spending to date in the title at an average of $10 per install, or 29 percent of what their Japanese counterparts are spending on average per download.
